Using intuition to guide your workouts is about looking to your body for insights on what you’re feeling.  I like to remember this: have a plan, but don’t fall in love with the plan.  This approach is more about alignment and enjoyment rather than obligation, and after listening to this episode you’ll have a PLAN on how to use intuition to guide your workouts.
