Workout Mistakes You Don’t Want to Make

I have a B.S. in Exercise Science, and Masters degree in Sport Psychology. I learned a lot in my 6 years of college education about fitness, human physiology, and health.  But there’s also so much I learned through self-directed study during those years and beyond.  I’m a forever student because I have a desire to understand and research rather than simply be told what to do.  If you can relate to being a seeker, researcher, and slightly rebellious student of your body and health, listen now.
