You probably wouldn’t be surprised to hear that some of the happiest people in the world know how to do this well.

Hygge is a Danish concept that doesn’t have a direct English translation.  It’s more than cozy, rest, and self-care.  It’s all about living in the moment and enjoying simple pleasures with all our senses.

In this episode, I talk about how to hygge for your health so you can embrace all the seasons of life and nature.
