I wasn’t going to go running before my work placement this morning because it’s cold and I was feeling lazy, but your 5 minute video gave me the motivation to haul my butt out! I just watched this video while my son is sleeping. I was so moved while watching that I picked up a weighted ball and started tricep extensions. Thank you for the inspiration to MOVE. I may only have 5 min. to workout right now and I WILL make the most of it!
