Hotel Room Workout
If you’re looking for a workout you can do at the hotel, at home, or even outdoors – with no equipment – this is a full body, get movin’ and sweatin’ workout for you!
Warm-up
First, warm-up for 3-5 minutes in your room doing jumping jacks, lunges, or jogging the stairs.
Workout
- Shoulder YTW
- Body weight squat (Add jump)
- Luggage rows (Bent-over row)
- Incline pushups (or decline)
- V-sit crunch
- Stair run (One at a time. Two at a time.)
- Side squat and kick (stairs)
30 seconds on each exercise, and then move onto the next. Rest as you need to in-between.

Hope all is well with you.
Just watched your hotel video. It will be very helpful this weekend when Ed and I travel to San Francisco for the weekend.
I would love to see some exercises for travel in the car. I do some during the long car ride from Scottsdale to Carlsbad (which we do every couple of months) moving my arms and legs which also works my core. Your ideas would be greatly appreciated as well.
